Women in DSO®
Women in DSO® was founded with the mission to highlight and support the contributions of women in Dental Support Organizations (DSOs). Created in 2020, this nonprofit organization provides a platform to advance female leadership, empowerment, and growth in DSOs. Independence Dental Services is a proud founding member of Women in DSO®.
What Are the Goals of Women in DSO®?
Women in DSO® was founded by Dr. Aman Kaur with the intention to support the empowerment and growth of women leaders in DSOs and advance female leadership in dentistry through:
- Empowered networking
- Mentorship
- Progressive programs
- Highlighting contributions
Women in DSO® serves as a platform to advance and promote bright women leaders who currently manage, direct, support, and develop the industry’s most progressive and high-performing dental practice groups. These women are invited to join committees, register for events, take part in professional coaching, access job boards, and engage in conversations with peers.

If you are dedicated to empowerment and growth for women in the DSO space, Women in DSO® is right for you. The organization recognizes women leadership in the DSO and the continuation of women in leadership roles in the dental industry and DSO space. The group welcomes:
